On behalf of Prof. Romaric Loffroy and Prof. Marco Midulla, Course Directors of the European Liquid Embolic Course, I am glad to inform you that the 1st Edition of ELEC will be on the 11th to the 13th of March of 2021 in Dijon, France.
Liquid embolization is currently used more and more by interventional radiologists, out of neuro embolization. High embolic efficiency and good clinical results are the main strengths of liquid embolic agents. However, liquid managements and practices are different and a bit more complex than using conventional coils or particles. That’s why, we have conceived ELEC, European Liquid Embolic Course, an annual event to support all IR willing to learn and develop this innovative techniques into their daily practice.
