With the EU Artificial Intelligence Act now entering its implementation phase, each EU Member State will be responsible for applying the regulation within its own healthcare system.

Developed by the ESR AI Working Group, led by Dr. Konstantin Nikolaou and Dr. Elmar Kotter, the statement "Guiding AI in Radiology: ESR’s Recommendations for Effective Implementation of the European AI Act", analyses the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and provides actionable recommendations to ensure AI is effectively integrated into radiology and healthcare.
