BSR 2021 meeting is proceeding

Dear colleagues,

Your safety during our imminent annual meeting has always been a primary concern. We are pleased to inform you that the BSR 2021 annual meeting complies with all updated COVID-safety guidelines, and will go through as planned.

The Brussels 44 center is equipped for and capacity has been upscaled to receive the expected audience, and from our side we have taken all necessary precautions. Catering has been modified and will be provided. In short, here follow some relevants points to consider:

1) Does anything change regarding the BSR meeting location and programme?
Date, location and time schedule of the meeting remain unchanged.

2) Do I need to show my COVID-safe certificate?
Yes, full vaccination certificate or certified proof of previous infection (time-limits apply) are mandatory.

3) Do I need to wear a mask once inside?
Yes, a mask is required. Also, once inside please follow the usual social distancing rules.

4) Can I get online accreditation?
No online accreditation will be provided. Accreditation can only be granted for attendees of the physical meeting.
